Debian, Ubuntu, and Centos Linux servers - extensive use of virtualized servers using Xen. Debian package creation and backporting. Installation and configuration of Sangoma T1 and analog circuit cards.

Coordinated with multiple telcos in the provisioning of T1 (36+) and DS3 circuits, and US and international toll-free numbers.

Asterisk installation, configuration, and dialplan programming. Asterisk Gateway Interface programming and test suite scripting in Bash, Perl, Ruby and Adhearsion. Nagios and Cacti scripts written to provide detailed monitoring of Asterisk specific attributes.

Provided Operations Staff with open source and in-house developed web applications to access CDR records, queue statistics, call recordings, and predictive and mass dialers. Backend technologies included: Apache, Tomcat, Ruby on Rails, lighttpd, FastCGI, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite, NAS with CIFS.

Conducted a Proof of Concept project on using OpenSER as a SIP registrar and VOIP call load balancer.
